Pasta developed into one of the most distinctive symbols of Italian culture spanning thousands of years and reaching all the way from the Dolomites to Sicily. It is being enjoyed and appreciated all over the world as it continues to flout culinary and cultural boundaries and constitutes a highly accurate ingredient and its importance is easily on par with that of other ingredients that form a particular dish. Pasta is a universal message (which should be sent to the Moon…) of which Felicetti is a very proud messenger.
